ComponentMatching - Pricing and Business Model

ComponentMatching is priced on a monthly subscription model. There is a relatively modest fee that allows up to a pre-determined volume of usage. The agreement provides for additional per click charges where the agreed volume is exceeded, but in practice this does not form part of the client billing process: If the subscribed-for volume is routinely exceeded, work4sure simply communicates with the client to agree an amended subscription rate to address future likely usage.

There are no setup or implementation costs but work4sure does incur costs in bringing a client live with the ComponentMatching service and therefore a fixed fee for estimated volume provides work4sure with setup cost recovery and operating margin while allowing the client a predictable and known service cost. The fee is set based on our promised Return on Investment criteria and is relative to the volume estimated and the increased conversion rate the client will achieve.

The service can be discontinued easily and therefore the client need not enter into lengthy fixed term agreements. This simplicity of implementation and business model are what allow us to offer our simple guarantee.
